Iron Hill Organics is a family-owned and operated business near Bryan, Texas. Our commercial kitchen is located on our family farm where we make all of our products by hand using heritage food preservation methods. We ferment raw sauerkraut and pickles using a salt brine in un-charred oak barrels. Our products are naturally probiotic foods using pure ingredients which contain no GMOs, pesticides, herbicides, preservatives, synthetic food coloring or any other contaminates. We believe we can make a difference in the ‘food fight’ by offering the highest quality living foods to restore gut health.
